Based on the argument, that Sandridge concedes there was a contract originally

The issue we are debating is whether or not the contract is still in place. Sandridge implies that it is not.. his accusation. His burden of proof.

I stand corrected and agree it up to him to prove otherwise.

I would think that a contract with Amazon would be considered material event that while may not require a 8k would at least appear in 10q.

I am more of a numbers guy, and look at figures released in financial statements. These are not open to debate, opinions, or speculation. They are unemotional, and that is how I prefer to invest.

My investing here is purely speculative on the cell, the only interest I have concerning SUNW and Amazon is trying to determine whether what is told to me by management though press releases can be taken at face value. (Cell is real and still on table)
