.004 DAY'S LOW...HOLY SH*T BATMAN ??

Well, looks to me like maybe one of USRM's convertible debt holders (Magna, Daniel James or Fourth Man...SEE LAST SEC FILED 10-Q)...that maybe they just found out or were formally informed that USRM is being sued by the "guarantors" (Northstar Biotech LLC) the guarantors of the company's oldest and largest outstanding bank debt(s) and is being asked before the court to be put into a "RECEIVERSHIP" ??? Maybe....I mean what else explains this mega-volume dump n crush occurring this AM other than a convertible debt holder unloading everything they got?

Else, would seem to me that the only other person(s) holding enough shares (potentially) to sell this kind of volume would have to be insiders unloading a butt load of shares? Can't be retail IMO. WOWZA what a freaking wipeout !!

0.00580 -.0072 (-55.38%)

So far, it's managed a dead-cat bounce off the new ALL, ALL, ALL TIME LOW of .004 made THIS AM, the new rock bottom, and has bounced all the way back to a whopping .0058...I guess that counts for something, LOL?????

I notice now that MM, market maker BMAK has set their normal 10K share Bid block, to me "the floor" at .0045, meaning that's where they're gonna allow the "hard floor" to sit for now, when they run their next convertible debt "conversion cycles" if observing the past 2 yrs or so are any indication on how the dilution MM's "do what they do".

.004 this AM is a split corrected (for the massive Nov 2015 1-for-1000 reverse split) it's equal now to .000004 per share...gawd, about as close to ZERO as one can get. Given the last O/S share count of approx 14 MILLION..the market cap would now have collapsed this AM and touched a value of approx:

.004 X 14 million = $56,000 bucks...TOTAL "value" MARKET CAP OF THE COMPANY

Yepper, not even the sticker price of a mid-class luxury car. I know a woman school teacher friend who's middle-line BMW cost more than $56K, and she's a freaking school teacher, LOL !

Gawd, this can't be a good sign to the court when Northstar Biotech LLC's attorney presents his MOTION FOR RECEIVERSHIP AND his argument(s) therein that USRM is "insolvent"...among its other scathing allegations. The shares losing 50% or 60% in a blink of an eye, right as he's about to go before the court on a "RECEIVERSHIP MOTION" would seem to be a "tad" in his favor would seem to me, but hey, what the H do I know...???
