They do not issue toxic debt which would have caused many RS' over the last 5 years.

Toxic debt doesn't always lead to an R/S, and it's speculative to consider whether one might yet be forthcoming.

BIEL, for its part, most certainly is conducting toxic financing. I agree, it is how BIEL has stayed afloat - but that doesn't make it any less toxic in form and substance.
