VMGI - big earning about VMGI on pinksheets (OTC)

Now shows the big red stop sign "No Information" warning. Kinda looks like Veve may have abandoned the company after giving himself and conies preferred shares worth over 8 billion common shares, basically wiping out current shareholders's value.

Veve didn't explain why he gave enough shares to himself to now control the company. I wonder if the SEC is looking into how he can grant enough shares to himself and an insider, equivalent (when converted) to over 2 times the previous market cap?
