If they issued these shares at the start of last quarter (April), they are almost 6 months into the restricted period.

Maybe the holdup for them announcing the deal is them waiting for the restrictions to be lifted, so they can dump them into the pump.

No matter how you slice it, these are serious red flags. The company is playing games and blatantly hiding important info
