Good Morning Peeps..

That's how I see it. Fraud is not a bad word.

Sigh.. same old broken record. If you are so convinced this is the case then why don't you take the lead and sue him yourself? I also do not see a single other soul lining up to do so. After all this time not one single SEC investigation. Why? Maybe because this is meritless. I am sure that smarter minds than ours would have noticed any wrong doings if there were any.

To answer your question, the pattern is the street doesn't care.

It still amazes me how many people still believe that a MICRO CAP company like SUNW can make ripples on Wall Street. It's our size at the moment that makes Wall Street not care, not the company itself. SUNW is doing fine, is growing, and is making a profit. These things take time and that is why I am a long term investor.

Just a reminder that I have placed a $200 bounty (will be paid in Amazon gift card) that will be paid to anybody who can prove that this Amazon contract with SunWorks currently exists and has not been canceled or revoked.

A nice gimmick on your part. Anyone can search to see many articles about the deal taking place but not one can be found about the deal falling through. Why would Jim publicly state this if it were not true:

"A company of Amazon's caliber demands the best when partnering on any project. This contract is a testament to the quality of the Sunworks brand in that they chose us to make sure this project is perfect," said Jim Nelson, chief executive officer, Sunworks. "This is an exciting time for Sunworks and Amazon to forge a strong lasting partnership for future projects."

Most reputable news agencies fact check before they go out and just print anything, and I can't help but think they did it here too. My point is this much is probably true.

To be fair, there is no mention of this deal on the company website either, and I do find that strange. But this is NOT PROOF of anything, it only fuels rumor and speculation.. something you are very good at. If this were a court case the burden of proof would be placed on you that the deal has collapsed. No body, no murder.
