By the end of June, they had issued shares for the "San Andreas deal" and the "acquisition of Nevada gaming corp", yet there is no news, filings, etc detailing these transactions anywhere?! Not even a teaser... Are they issuing shares to their buddies before they even close the deal? Is it legal to do that with a public company?!?!? Regardless, its shady as hell, cause you know its a buddy to buddy transaction. You dont give a stranger equity valued at millions of dollars, for nothing...

During the three months ended June 30, 2016, we issued shares in the following transactions:

2,861,865 Common Stock valued at $372,045 for the San Andreas deal

· 50,000,000 Common Stock valued at $1,250,000 for the acquisition of Nevada Gaming Corp

WTF am i missing here? 50,000,000 shares is a lot of stock to issue for an acquisition when there are no filings supporting it, which is required

What else are they hiding? Can any of this stuff be trusted now?
