Biel is proudly using dilution as a funding model.

Appalling statement for shareholders. 'Proudly'? Dilution should be a last resort for a company attempting to stay in business until a profitable operation can be established (something BIEL has never accomplished). However, it should never be done with pride - it's an admission that the company is unable to operate profitably.

BIEL - proudly destroying shareholder value.....pretty sure that is not the message the company wants to send.

As far as the share count, it is pretty much irrelevant.

Share count is always relevant - huge impact on shareholder value and stock performance, which is why people invest in the first place.

What is relevant is the market value and Biel is significantly undervalued.

A statement for which there is zero evidence.

If they need the money, they print shares to get it. This is not a secret.

What happened to 'the days of dilution are behind BIEL'?
