O/S was 11.7 billion at end of Q2
Biel is proudly using dilution as a funding model. This is not new. This has been going on for a long time. If they need the money, they print shares to get it. This is not a secret.

As far as the share count, it is pretty much irrelevant. What is relevant is the market value and Biel is significantly undervalued.

Even if the OS is now 15 billion, the market value would be $9 million, super cheap, at a pps if 0.0006. If the pps is 0.006, the market value will be still cheap.
