Lamperd has developed a pepper grenade that weighs 168 grams instead of 600 grams. For the purposes of this discussion we are assuming a 16-ounce pound, which has 453.6 grams per pound.
so 28.35 grams per ounce means that the LLLI grenade weighs about 6 ounces
The competitor grenade weighs over 21 ounces or 1 pound and 5 ounces!
This means that law enforcement can carry more than 3 LLLI grenades for every one of another brand!!
Add to this fact that there are limitations as to how much weight an officer can carry in equipment
Now perhaps you can see how this new grenade could be in HIGH demand
