If a company states a valuation without being able to back it up to FINRA, they will be in Deep Doo Doo, and most likely will get their pee pee wacked.
Now, let's put our Thinking Caps on shall we boys and girls?
1. The company stated that the On Comercio valuation 'approached $1 Billion'.
2. That valuation HAD to come from a source that does/specializes in such valuations, correct?
3. Now, what do you think the reputability/quality of that valuation firm is?
4. Well, we can assume they are HIGHLY REPUTABLE.
5. How can we assume that?..........Easy....look at the types of firms the company has hired thus far.... TOP SHELF all the way!
6. Why should the valuation firm be any different?
Conclusion: The valuation is accurate and has been done by a Highly Reputable firm........and when it is all revealed, everybody will SEE that.
