It will unless Congressional changes (or FHFA changes) make the lawsuits obsolete.

I find it amusing that he is only spouting Cornell Law after someone else linked it as a response to contradict his own fallacies.

By definition, that is irony. Much like Melvin Watt stating before Congress "...I guess the law got trumped when Fannie and Freddie were put in conservatorship. .." only to argue every claim against FHFA in the court system.
