Sure Post is UPSs cheap way to ship that UPS gets paid and the USPS finishes up the final leg of delivery. To lazy to pick up? Why would USPS pick up UPS parcels when UPS is selling the service. UPS pays the USPS to deliver because it's more economical and profitable. It's a way to save money. Personally I would be embarrassed to rely on the USPS to carry UPS packages. Bottom line UPS is losing volume yearly to the USPS. Just wait until AMZN has their own deliver service. As far as being broke believe that one too. Working 7 days a week because of business.
