You are on your way. No one is totally calm during a live trade,it's normal,it gets easier as time goes on,but everyone is still a little nervous. Just watch and wait for an exit once you enter,and don't think about losing.

Don't trade when family stuff is going on,I had to step away a couple of months ago ,then a few weeks ago due to family .


Market isn't going anywhere,so family always first.

If you are going to panic,then you need to panic quickly.
