Thinking all this selling could be Matt and the ATM shares. We had that jump up to $1.20, so maybe they felt is was time to dump shares on the market and raise what they could during this period.

If they sold 25M-30M shares on the open market at an average price of .90 maybe they were able to raise $25-$30M which would give them a little more runway. They could be running the ATM everyday and it would explain the sell off over the last 3 months. It surely would make me feel better about the price action. We will be notified of ATM action in the coming quarterly earnings report.

Interesting that Mike C was buying at higher levels as you would think he knows what is forthcoming? Well under .50 and I might just throw in the towel. Take $5K and buy a bunch of OTM options way out, while letting it settle in a range before buying. I would say its as ugly as it gets.
