Diversion. The small things all add up and speak volumes. They, when combined, paint a picture of a sketchy past, tons of unknowns, lack of transparency, and are in fact important.

The market has spoken loud and clear. Perhaps YOU are ok with them, but the market is not. Ask most shareholders underwater up their eyeballs on this stock if they're ok with things. I doubt most are accepting of bouncing along at a nickel after so much progress.

The company cannot even generate enough media interest and continues giving away free shares to promote their own "PR" at the detriment of shareholders (dilution), and that begs the question: If this thing is in the bag, and if that IPR response is SO overwhelmingly going to defeat Goliath, then why on earth continue to mess with petty penny stock promos that only make the company look desperate?
