Oh my...they FINALLY got the annual report to Idaho out last Friday,almost a MONTH late. Gawd,you could fill out that form in two minutes.

So...WHO's the big shareholder with the majority? Chad,Silva or Zeller?? Chad's still the top cheese as President. Same three directors as three years ago. Wow...where did Chad come up with nearly 100k to buy those shares?? Or are we to believe the guy who has ponied up all this money is staying in the background??
