WHAT???????????? REALLY?????? Based on what tangible facts or alternate reality????

Has the BOD REMOVED THE REVERSE SPLIT FROM THE PROXY VOTE to be held on Oct 13th, approx 16 SHORT DAYS FROM NOW? NO.. Has the BOD CHANGED THEIR RECOMMENDATION TO VOTE "YES" and APPROVE TE REVERSE SPLIT change to the corporate charter? Again a big ole NO....

NO..and a NO...the BOD and Sr. Mgt HAS CHANGED NOTHING regarding their recommendation for a reverse split.

TOTAL NONSENSE to me...to try and claim otherwise.

More "talks" and blah, blah "conferences" .....WHEN, WHEN has some "talk" or some freaking "conference" EVER, EVER made a dramatic difference to the common share price in the past 25 years?

This company HAD (PAST TENSE) an actual FDA approved, actual PHASE III trial semi-funded, underway and actually being run...right up until it was HALTED COLD, STOPPED DEAD FOR FUTILITY FAILURE.

The common shares..WHEN THEY ACTUALLY HAD A PHASE III TRIAL RUNNING..those common shares were BARELY holding above a lousy $buck and small change.

The BOD explains CRYSTAL CLEAR why they "need" to split the stock and save their place on the NASDAQ, GET OUT OF THE PENNY MUD, and have even a remote chance in H of "trying to attract" serious investment/institutional money, which DOES NOT TOUCH PENNY STOCKS....

Thems the facts....and no amount of spin-cycle is gonna change that reality. Sr. Mgt has NOT removed the reverse split and their recommendation to VOTE YES FOR IT from the imminent annual shareholder meeting and corresponding PROXY VOTE to be held at same....simple as that to me....simple as it gets...
