yeah... noticed all the statements are not absolute, lol. Lots of: "often," "majority," "not likely," "most" etc. And I agree with what's highlighted, that's because TA actually has a function when you know which indicators are useful, and in which circumstances. Not all of them are in every stock. Still, it works for me!

AND GCEI's accumulation and OBV show that not as many people are selling as being touted...

It doesn't always work, but it IS a helpful tool that a lot of people use to gauge their RISKY purchases (all pennies fall in this category).
