This scandal will cost WFC dearly. Sad thing is that the shareholders suffer--and the management still takes home their fraudulent pay.

Get caught for doing fraud? No matter, we will pay a fine of $185 Million (just don't touch management's pay). But the "we" in this case of paying the fine are shareholders.

Let's get management to give up all the compensation and bonuses paid out over the length of the fraud. Fine THEM. And leave the shareholders whole.

And the minimum clawed back from mgmt should be at least to pay the fine.
