The transfer agent is NOT gagged.

The A/S will always remain static and there has been no increase to the O/S by way of cd note issuances.

In fact, the O/S and float have DECREASED by Ba Ba Ba Billions of shares!!! Share buybacks, cancellation and retirement.

Thats what CEO Petzel's been doing. And with his own money and the money of private investors.
