The difference this time is Michie is not going to be able to pull another fast one increasing the authorized shares.

The company is not Michie's personal piggy bank ignoring corporate by-laws or issuing additional shares from his own printing press.

Corporate stock transfer allowed it once - they won't let it slide twice.

Just call them.

Especially after BOD Haggerty - so close to the CEO- got busted from FINRA.

Michie only has his minions to carry out his plans or his loyal in too deep long shareholders "going all in".
