Well it appears that Rontan has basically been shuttered up for the past 4 months or so and the Sale of Rontan is closely tied to and involved in the Court case the workers have against Rontan currently.

Now whatever the reason Rontan and GDSI deal did not materialize, we may never know, I think its safe to assume that GDSI did in fact inject the Penalty clause for termination of the deal and this buying company may well rather pay out than let Rontan be tied up in a court case for another 1-2 years :)
