I realize that you-all cannot comment on the progress (or lack of it) in the Arbitration itself - so I won't ask for any such information.

I would like to ask if it is possible for you to confirm whether, or not, that as of today (September 26) that the hearing is beginning as scheduled or whether we should expect to see some indication shortly of when it may have been rescheduled to if it is not beginning today.
