Obviously Hofmeister hasn't felt any urgency to file the court documents with FINRA.

The Judge has closed the case so the botched filings nonsense has been put to bed.

But Hofmeister hasn't done anything to expedite either the Q being removed or the ticker being delisted.

There hasn't been any objections filed concerning the POR and the POR hasn't been amended.

I am not sure why a few are so excited. If anyone is so positive the common shares won't be cancelled - why aren't they loading up?
