Here is what I think is going on.
I believe GDSI is trying to work out a settlement with Rontan and this European group for a potential breech of contract by Rontan.

Bill said the Rontan news was still on the website for a reason and that is the only thing I can see as a reason given the recent developments.

I just dont see GDSI having any part in the Rontan deal any longer other than a settlement issue.
