An email from the TA is all the proof I need. How many more shares are they going to dump, who knows.

In 11 days they added 1,718,000 shares, according to the PR seems to be they dumped the Net amount they owned.

From the Sept 15th PR.

"As of September 15, 2016 the number of shares of common stock issued and outstanding stood at 341,107,607 shares. This amount is net of the number of shares owned by PharmCo, LLC of 1,718,000."
