Nothing is going to happen until Hofmeister files the POR with FINRA and the ARIOQ ticker is delisted.

The POR was definitive in what was going to happen to the equity interest - it will be cancelled - as all Classes are impaired.

No serious investor would touch ARIOQ after they read the POR.
