The SEC has 5 years to file charges. The average time from an SEC suspension of the stock until the first charges are file is almost 3 YEARS. Securities fraud is complex, and it takes a significant amount of time and effort to complete the investigations.

Just because charges have not yet been filed here doesn't mean anything. But the formal SEC investigation definitely continues.
