Let's look at all the negatives at this point:
1.) The PPAs they have are contracts which are required to be fulfilled by certain times. These are the $1.2 billion that has buttressed this company from the start. At least one of them is about to fail to be fulfilled on time. The rest need to be filled by the end of 2017 so they will likely fail as well since the company has taken 5 months to build one unit. The only way to fulfill them now is immediate, massive, and impossibly significant financial and manufacturing assistance. They would almost literally have to do what no company has done before.
2.) Groupo Trebol was announced with no follow-up and seems to not exist. It may have never existed - and if that is the case, there is something very wrong.
3.) They have no revenue (i.e. Groupo Trebol never happened), millions of debt accumulating a year, and the PPS is tanking.
4.) Right now they are paying $200k a year for an empty warehouse, $200k a year for "entertainment", and $700k a year for salaries.
5.) They have created new divisions with zero follow-up.
6.) They have many MOUs with zero follow-up.
7.) They have lied twice about toxic dilution in the past year.
8.) The PPS is down 99.5% in the last year.
9.) The company is $17,000,000+ in debt.
10.) The company now is partially owned by a company-destroying hedge fund.
11.) Both Watkins and Allen make claims about their past which can't be substantiated (funniest one is Allen's agent negotiations for pro-athletes)
12.) They hold no patents
13.) They will miss the deadline on the production of their "showcase"
14.) Showcase is non-revenue
15.) Showcase took 5 months to build
16.) No photos of Rubicon or proof it exists or will exist
