soft launch is almost always done by entities that have no revs as they are just starting their business...it gives the company a feel for employees and how things should run...it will show them where they are strong or weak and what needs to be tweeked...helps you get the bugs out.. i have friends in the restaurant business...and everytime a new 1 opens ...there is always a soft launch a few days before opening so they can see how the place runs before paying customers come in,,,does this help you understand better? hope so gooooooo CHRO gooooooo...i did write to alex and mentioned if and when news comes please look into getting it put out on the ihub news feed
