Defamation of character is a criminal offense. Just because someone resides outside the U S or hides under an alias does not exempt that individual from being prosecuted. Mr. Schramm has been the target of many accusations on this site and others including being involved in the Traders Choice Pump and Dump, XLIT not being an active company, selling stock in the open market, among many others. Over time, it is my belief that these accusations will be proven to be total inaccurate. Unless you know the facts, one should not post something as a fact especially if it can bring harm to another or to his/her reputation.
