The issue is some brokers won't or can't easily trade OTC. Again, I can't trade it online w/ Wells Fargo. I get 100 free online trades a year and can still trade CTIX for free but I first have to send it thru online and have it rejected. Then I call my Wells Fargo advisor and he can push it through over the phone. They tell me the same thing "we don't see a bid/ask" so they can't set me up to trade it online. Pain in the ass.
