NO you are wrong about that. Scapegoat for all swindler ills who do not want the Baltia traders to know that MM's are wholesale naked shorting and this drives down the Baltia stock price then MM's hide these trades through what is called Obligation Warehousing

For anyone interested in knowing how this works it is a little upsetting as this practice needs to come under close scrutiny.
