In August 2016, the company entered into an exclusive licensing agreement (for an initial term of 2 years) with a privately held U.S. based company to distribute their seven skin care products. Laguna paid a licensing fee of U.S $0.10 million, and is required to place a minimum order of U.S. $1.5 million for the products during the two-year term.
