What I take away from all of this is that illegal shorting was supposed to have stopped in 2007-8 with the advent of reg sho. Facts bear witness to illegal shorting getting WORSE after reg sho initiated . As the article I posted shows , BIG BANKS were illegally shorting penny stocks , with over HALF of its daily volume in stinkie pinkies!
This info from a great source is EXACTLY how we are going to get to the bottom of all this .
