It happens every day. Probably manipulators switching hands. I can assure you, there's nothing positive about it.

Beyond that, 11,000,000 shares ain't squat at .0018. Right now, this stock is FORTY times lower than it was a year ago. That means, 11 million now is about 260k back then.
