http://www.energyxxi.com/ Go to investors tab and read press releases and FAQ's They do not say current common shares "WILL" be forfeited like I stated, but they do address the possibilities. That is just my opinion at the end of this bankruptcy.The chances of current shareholders making it through is slim to none. I do not have a position here yet. I am waiting for the restructuring to be completed.
