ESO's are normal procedure for retaining talent that has proven its worth. The recent partnership with Novartis is golden and the board of directors understands the competitive environment in the industry for proven talent. Employee retention is an absolute key for future success. The recent drop in pps is more manipulation by shorts than anything. Heading back above $4 very soon I believe! Will be adding a nice chunk later this week.
