That's a good question. Personally, I don't think they will make that goal. I think the NC plant will come on-line towards the end of October and the RI plant a month later. Just my opinion though. I do think that once those are on-line and generating revenue the PPS will tale off, but not high enough for the uplist requirement of at least $4. I think that will happen once the other planned builds and acquisitions come to fruition. Once the company demonstrates those are real, we'll see the PPS slowly work it's way over the $4 mark. They will still need to do another buyback to push that up higher or become partners with the huge corporation Waste Management, or do what we really don't want....a reverse split.

I see this company a huge success and the PPS well above the $7-8 mark, but in due time.
