Let me explain why my girlfriend and I invested in this company.
"She" lived in Monroeville and purchased pizza's from UNIQUE PIZZA AND SUB.
She was conned by the Vowlers into purchasing shares of UPZS.
Yes ! We both invested.
Yes ! I new this was a penny stock that we could make a few bucks on.
How !! I was so wrong.
That was ten years ago.

WE HAVE BEEN CONNED BY THE MANAGEMENT OF UPZS.

They stated they we will build and empire of Pizza stores !!
They have a menu on their website !! AND HAVE NO STORES ?
They have no BREW HOUSE open.
They have no FROZEN pizza sales to INDIA
They purchased two small companies with shares (and couple of bucks) and I can go on.

WE HAVE ALL BEEN CONNED
