geeeeeezzzz...just repeating the CEO's own words, circumstances are exactly the same, what on earth share structure has to do with it is beyond me, raising the a/s was never a problem for berge and wasn't the reason he reversed in 2014! PPS and no-bid days were the reason and that's EXACTLY what's happening the past few months!

So let me understand you properly: the current share structure is NOT relevant, only a statement from a PR describing a different set of circumstances from 2 YEARS ago is relevant to the current situation? Is that what you are trying to say?

keep saying it was the share structure with no evidence to back it up. If the share structure was the reason for the 2014 reverse why didn't berge say so????
