Agree, BK if indeed a "COURT APPOINTED RECEIVER" is indeed appointed as requested in the 12 PAGE MOTION FILED WITH THE COURT...certainly seems like at least a "possible" outcome of this Northstar Biotech LLC filed suit....

Certainly not far-fetched to rule out that "possibility" IMO. OR, some other odd-ball breaking up of the company to somehow get Northstar paid back what they are owed and free as the "guarantors" if they no longer have any say in the business and the forebarance and lien agreements are no longer being honored by CEO Tomas and Chairman Murphy...not far fetched at all IMO, MY OPINION ONLY.
