GNCP - The insiders have worked both sides of the trade. They collaborate with market makers and brokers to sell short into coordinated and collaborated promotions...then they work the other side of the equation...after the stock is beat down, they sell shares to themselves to cover. That and drive shareholders out of the market at a loss.

The most likely scenario is that the insiders are also their own alleged adversaries.

Well documented and all of the electronic records would connect all of the dots and the dolts.

There may still be a massive naked short or there may be a massive conspiracy to defraud.
