These callous acts, tacitly explained by GP on this board, inlve a "flawed and intentional decision making process, obstruction of justice by BCSC and BARRICK deceiving the RCMP - IMET and Canadian Government in a PONZI SCAM", which violates the Criminal Code of Canada, Section 400(1) peddling FALSE PROSPECTUS PASCUA LAMA
CDE, as stated, entered a vicious application whereat, not only cites presidential and special privileges, but, tossed the Chilean Constitution and Chilean Fiscal and Government responsibility of "the acts of the ex Mandate when acting for and in representation of the Chilean Government, his acts are 100% Constitutionally and State privilege protected"... and
Remember says the CDE document of "instruction to cancel the Trial" , despite acknowledging the existent Injunction, CDE maintained and asserted that
"There is little or nothing Mr. Lopehandia may do, as the President Ricardo Lagos Escobar and the Minister Maria Soledad Alvear< are he intellectual and material authors of the PROTOCOL PASCUA LAMA"
