I've watched the first two. I see that some companies are using apricot seeds/oatmeal/sand and substitutes. Works for me.

I have not watched the last two yet. I'm hoping to find out whether these things do break down into less harmful compounds when subject to stomach acid. It would nice to know that they'd eventually disappear.
