I have to disagree about Scotts lack of dilution. While it wasn't quite as bad as the typical pinky scam with billions in the OS Scott increased the sharecount by 30%
About 200m shares.
Its the dollar volume that matters to the scammer.
I would guess the pps average of those shares is well over .04
$8m
Unlike straight scams Scott didnt directly pocket that cash he used it to pay fees to himself and his friends.

Of course since he was such a good guy he didnt take all his wages and loaned the company money to pay those fees when money was low. So they owed him more millions and he had his shares worth more on top of that.

I am curious what they gave scott to move on. Be it shares, cash, or ultimatum. But until Dan decides the right thing to do is follow the rules (even if there are no enforcers) we will never know.

The things he offered need to be given.
People are trying to say that this PR is proof that Dan is doing what he said.
It isnt. Dan never said he would terminate scott (though i commend him for it.)
Dan offered TRANSPARENCY.

Thats what we need.
