100% agreed - declaring a 1:300 RS was just like them declaring the last 1:150 RS which brought us to $12 pps from $0.08 pps

they had 7.5-Mil. in the float after that and no liquidity

so then having no liquidity, they decided to screw the shareholders again and raise the AS to 35-Mil.

they screwed the shareholders again by raising it again to the current 150-Mil. it is now

now they want to do the exact same thing all over again with a 1:300 RS
