Forgive me, but if your logic obtains then why have permits already been applied for? I accept that you are concerned with the 'politics' surrounding this project, but the Company is going through a process according to currently laid down state and federal laws, statutes and limitations. As far as I know, political posturing cannot directly affect outcomes, providing that the permitting applications meet the legal requirements demanded. Equally, the land swap was granted draft approval some 10 months ago, has gone through a review process, and is now awaiting final approval which is expected very soon. Why would that be a show stopper?
