ISCO management have been making a habit of screwing over shareholders with these massive dilutions. Back in July of 2013, they did a financing at a 40% discount to the prevailing market price AND included warrants exercisable at the same price. The technology is real but these people will screw you out of every dollar they can. I don't like the idea that they are going to get another chance.

So the negative is that they get to dilute yet AGAIN on their "friends and family" plan. That plan includes lots of options with low exercise prices and long expiration dates. As I recall, that last financing, on a fully diluted basis, lowered my ownership percentage in the company by ~85%. If it sounds like I'm pissed, it's because I am. - thefamilyman
